STORE ADVISOR

Leitão & Irmão is looking for a candidate to work at its store in Chiado.

Employee responsibilities:

  • Direct reporting to the Sales Supervisor
  • Provide excellent customer service and create positive experiences for clients.
  • Assume the store tasks outlined weekly for each team member
  • Focus on store and group sales goals

Profile sought:

  • Experience in sales (at the counter), not necessarily in luxury brands
  • Desire to provide the customer with a unique and positive experience
  • High commercial skills
  • Complete focus on the established goals for the store and the group
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Have availability
  • Ability to communicate positively

Marketing Assistant Trainee

Leitão & Irmão is recruiting an intern for the position of Marketing Assistant to strengthen its Marketing and Communication team.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the intern will be responsible for maintaining the marketing department aligned with the brand's objectives and communication plan.

We are looking for someone with a passion for the luxury sector, a refined aesthetic sense, and an awareness of new market trends, with the willingness to make things happen.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement planned communication actions
  • Liaise with suppliers, budgeting, and monitor the process until delivery
  • Develop and support in the production of communication materials for different channels
  • Social Media Management with the possibility of creating and developing content
  • Monitor the communication agency
  • Monitor brand marketing actions
  • Support in analysing market and competition trends
  • Develop and collaborate on Digital Marketing content
  • Website updates

Requirements:

  • Education in marketing/communication/e-commerce or according to the required functions
  • Knowledge of WordPress
  • E-commerce management knowledge
  • Knowledge/interest in photography (preferable but not mandatory)
  • Photoshop knowledge (preferable but not mandatory)
  • Social media management knowledge
  • Interest and understanding of the luxury segment
  • Organisational, proactive, and creative abilities
  • Team spirit, dynamism, and sense of responsibility
