General Conditions of Partnership with Tour Guides

  1. All sales made by customers identified as having arrived at our shops by your company/contact are calculated and the total sales value net of VAT is calculated.
  2. The commission is calculated on the total amount net of VAT (the sum of all invoices issued on the day of the visit).
  3. A sales report is sent by the end of the week of the sale, which must be confirmed by the guide/operator in order to issue an invoice.
  4. Only face-to-face sales in the shop and in the presence of the guide/operator are valid.
  5. Customer discounts above 10% are deducted directly from the commission agreed with the guide/operator.
