Terms and Conditions of the Gift Card

a) Gift card

1. The Gift Card is a card representing a monetary amount to the bearer in the sum of €100 (one hundred euros) or €250 (two hundred and fifty euros), issued by Leitão & Irmão Antigos Joalheiros de Coroa, Lda, a company limited by shares, VAT Nº 501 277 609, having its registered office at Travessa da Espera, 8, R/C, 1200-176 Lisbon, to which a unique code is assigned.
2. The unique code is shown in the upper left corner of the Gift Card and its purpose is to certify the authenticity of the Gift Card and also the payment of the amount of the Gift Card upon presentation by its User/Bearer, without which it is not possible to purchase products using the Gift Card.
3. The amount of the Gift Card is shown in its upper right corner.

b) Accession

1. The Gift Card can be purchased at the Chiado shop (Largo do Chiado 16, 1200-176 Lisbon), at the Bairro Alto Shop (Travessa da Espera, 8 to 14, 1200-000 Lisbon), at the Ritz shop (Rua Rodrigo da Fonseca, Hotel Ritz Four Seasons, 1099-039 Lisbon), at the Estoril Shop (Av Clotilde, 52, Arcadas do Parque, 2765-211 Estoril) or at the Leitão & Irmão Antigos Joalheiros de Coroa, Lda, Online Shop (at https://www.leitao-irmao.com).

c) Use

1. The Gift Card is accepted upon purchase of any product for sale via the Leitão & Irmão Antigos Joalheiros de Coroa, Lda, Online Shop or at the Chiado, Bairro Alto, Ritz and Estoril shops detailed above, upon its presentation and insertion of the unique code.
2. The Gift Card is not rechargeable and can only be used for a single purchase.
3. The minimum amount of purchase with the Gift Card must be equal or greater than the value of the Gift Card.
4. If the purchase made by the User/Bearer is of an amount greater than the amount printed on the Gift Card, Leitão & Irmão Antigos Joalheiros de Coroa, Lda, shall discount from the purchase price the value of the Gift Card and the User/Bearer shall pay the remainder of the price.
5. The value of the Gift Card cannot be converted into cash or any other means of payment, and does not confer any right to reimbursement.
6. At the time of its use, the Gift Card must be in good condition and must not be damaged.

d) Validity

1. The Gift Card is valid only for a period of one year from the date of its issue and cannot be used later.
2. The Gift Card is blocked on the day following its expiry and the amount it contains cannot be reimbursed.

e) Loss / Misplacement

1. The gift card is not a debit or credit card, is not nominative and has no PIN code.
2. The User / Bearer should keep the Gift Card safely.
3. The Gift Card is the property of the respective bearer and will not be replaced in case of loss, theft, destruction or misplacement, and Leitão & Irmão Antigos Joalheiros de Coroa, Lda, cannot be held liable for the payment of any amount.
