What is the recommended deadline to guarantee the delivery of my order by the 14th of February?
For orders shipped to mainland Portugal, you can place your order safely until the 10th of February. After this, you can always ask to withdraw your order at one of our stores. Please consider at least five business days for shipping orders placed outside of Portugal.

Yes, it is possible. The engraving may be free of charge if it is a simple one (this is subject to confirmation from our workshop). Custom or monogrammed engravings are subject to quotation.
