How it works

1. Opening and Composition of a Viana Beads Registry

Viana Beads Registries by Leitão & Irmão are available at any of our physical stores or online.

To open a Viana Beads Registry, Leitão & Irmão requires the following information:

First and last name of the individual for whom the Viana Beads Registry is intended.
Date of birth of the individual for whom the Viana Beads Registry is intended.
Phone number and email address of the customer opening the Viana Beads Registry.
Information if an online page for the Viana Beads Registry is desired.
Size of the Viana beads for the registry.

The Viana Beads Registry is only made available in stores and online when the customer consents to this regulation.

Any customer can open a Viana Beads Registry at Leitão & Irmão, provided they are registered on the Leitão & Irmão website.

2. Characteristics of the Viana Beads Registry

The Viana Beads Registry will be available in Leitão & Irmão physical stores and online via a shareable link.

The Viana Beads Registry can be opened at any time and has no expiration date. Leitão & Irmão regularly updates the status and sends it via email to the person who opened the Registry or their designated recipient.

Registries with no activity for more than two years will be closed, and the Viana Beads in the care of Leitão & Irmão will be handed over to the responsible party for the registry.

3. Birthday Bonus

During the week of the Registry Holder's birthday, they will receive a 10% voucher to use at Leitão & Irmão physical stores and online.

The voucher is for one-time use only and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

4. Price Updates

At the time of opening the Viana Beads Registry, the price for each Viana Bead will be provided.

Leitão & Irmão reserves the right to update the retail price of its products, including Viana Beads, at any time.

5. Exchanges and/or Returns

Exchanges or returns of Viana Beads Registries are not possible.

If the customer wishes to cancel the Viana Beads Registry process, the purchased items cannot be exchanged or returned.

This procedure is additional and does not affect other legal guarantees and rights recognized to consumers by the legislation in force at the time of purchase.
