Pearl Registries by Leitão & Irmão are available at any of our physical stores or online.
To open a Pearl Registry, Leitão & Irmão requires the following information:
The Pearl Registry is only made available in stores and online when the client consents to these regulations.
Any customer can open a Pearl Registry at Leitão & Irmão, provided they are registered on the Leitão & Irmão website.
The Pearl Registry will be available in Leitão & Irmão physical stores and online via a shareable link.
The Pearl Registry can be opened at any time and has no expiration date. Leitão & Irmão regularly updates the status and sends it via email to the person who opened the Registry or their designated recipient.
Registries with no activity for more than two years will be closed, and the pearls in the care of Leitão & Irmão will be handed over to the responsible party for the registry.
During the week of the Registry Holder's birthday, they will receive a 10% voucher to use at Leitão & Irmão physical stores and online.
The voucher is for one-time use only and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
At the time of opening the Pearl Registry, the price for each pearl will be provided.
Leitão & Irmão reserves the right to update the retail price of its products, including pearls, at any time.
Exchanges or returns of Pearl Registries are not possible.
If the customer wishes to cancel the Pearl Registry process, the purchased items cannot be exchanged or returned.
This procedure is additional and does not affect other legal guarantees and rights recognized to consumers by the legislation in force at the time of purchase.
